Leah Danville is the Community Relations Manager at EduSeed. She manages a team of  volunteers doing outreach to our community of supporters and works closely with our Executive Director in implementing EduSeed’s key strategic initiatives.

Leah is a communications specialist who brings nearly ten years of experience highlighting marginalized voices and advocating within domestic and international spaces. Her experience includes the development and implementation of strategic communication for domestic and international NGOs, governmental organizations, and for-profit corporations within a variety of sectors. 

Leah graduated from the University of Miami in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and History. Following graduation, she fulfilled two Fulbright grants in Malaysia where she developed and taught an experiential-based learning curricula for over 2,000 students at two Malaysian high schools and over 50 cultural education programs throughout Malaysia impacting over 5,000 students. 

In 2020, Leah graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Economics. During her graduate studies, she served as a consultant to the Women’s Rehabilitation Center (WOREC) in Nepal where she coordinated and conducted quantitative and qualitative research with survivors of gender-based violence. Additionally, Leah has lived in Spain and Italy, has traveled to over 50 countries, and has conversational proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, and Malay.
